About the Conference
C.A.M.B.I. provided an exciting opportunity for minorities to interact with top governmental officials, business leaders, large and small business owners, and professionals form the U.S., Puerto Rico, The Caribbean and 20 latin American Countries....all at the same conference site. Two major conferences were joined with the C.A.M.B.I. conference to provide unlimited and unparalleled opportunities for interaction:
The Puerto Rico United Retailers Association Convention '97 representing
20,000 business owners and professionals, and The 7th. Commerce Congress
of the Americas attracted business and governmental leaders from at least
20 Latin American countries and the U.S.. The conference presented speakers
on pertinent subjects for the development of sound business strategies and
technologies and explored the latest information essential to successful
business operations in the global and international business environment.
Joint bilingual sessions were scheduled to facilitate the free exchange of
ideas, services and networking.
The C.A.M.B.I. staff and Board of Governors
express their gratitude for the many individuals and organizations and
governments who assisted in formulating, presenting and participating in
this historical trade conference.
