Treasure Coast International Trade Summit

The Council for the Advancement of Minority
Business Internationally (CAMBI) will conduct a workshop on
its new International Trade Community Economic Development
Intiative and other important international trade topics at
the Treasure Coast International Trade Summit for Small
& Minority Businesses. The Summit will be held at the
Marriott Beach Resort on Hutchinson Island in Martin County
Florida, January 13, 2001. The Conference is cosponsored by
the Hannaian Publishing Company, The Martin County Board of
County Commissioners, the Martin County Business Development
Board, and the Martin County Black Heritage Association.
Special Co-Hosts for the event will be Martin County
Commissioner Elmira R. Gainey and U.S. Congressman Alcee L.
Hastings. For the first time the conference will add an
important element of economic empowerment to the Martin
County and Treasure Coast Martin Luther King Day
Celebrations. Participants from around the United States and
the Caribbean will be in attendance. The full agenda of
