The Bad Guys

Drug Drakon

Drug Drakon is the "Drug Kingpin" and supreme ruler of the Drug Draks. Most of the time, he stays in his den playing games with Jr. Drug Drakon or watching TV and eating popcorn. He is truly a slob, and his place is always a mess. He is summoned when a Drug Drak blows a special whistle that only Drug Drakon can hear. Sometimes when the whistle gets into the wrong hands, Drug Drakon is out maneuvered by the genius of mere children. When he is present, he frightens everyone except Captain Victory.

Snowfox McQueen is a sultry and alluring she-fox who makes no secret of the fact that she can charm anybody she wants. She often disguises herself as a nun, secretary, policewoman or other unsuspecting characters to lure members of the Never Ever Never Gang into Drug Drak traps. Snowfox has an intense dislike for Katrina, and she constantly threatens her with tough talk.

K.O. Caine

K.O. Caine is a washed-out ex-boxer who is not terribly smart. His only claim to fame is when he knocked out Sweet Ray in the third round. But Sweet Ray had been secretly drugged by K.O.'s trainer, Big Fats. So in reality, K.O. never really knocked out anyone. K.O. is mean, especially to those who are smaller than him. His favorite pass-time is to frighten little children, and he often boasts that he always gets his "kid." K.O. is a real loser, and he is frequently made to look dumb by Captain Victory and the Never Ever Never Gang. He is teased a lot, and his friends insincerely call him "Knockout Caine."

Crackpot Ratcliff is the city slick "dirty rat" who takes his orders directly from Drug Drakon. As second in command of the Drug Draks, he is scheming, conniving, and should never be trusted by anyone, especially members of the Never Ever Never Gang. The other members of the Drug Draks are afraid of Crackpot, and when he snaps his fingers, they dance to his tune.

Jr. Drug Drakon

Jr. Drug Drakon is a spoiled brat who is the apple of his daddy's eye. He plays and acts like a normal child, but is instinctively guided by misbehavior. When he comes around, the other children are reluctant to play with him because he is a bully, and he constantly brags about his daddy. J.D.D. is an underachiever in school, not because he cannot do his work, but because he doesn't take the time to study and prepare himself. He disobeys his teachers and has no respect for most grown-ups.
