HRI focuses on providing these services to students, industrial developers, independent researchers and inventors, education systems, government & community development agencies, and to university and research institutes to complement their current research, technology transfer, and I.P. commercialization efforts.

Due to the nature of our business and the numerous requests we receive for our assistance, our operations require strict adherence to the protocol we have adopted in order to comply with the laws and regulations of various jurisdictions within which we may operate. Therefore, before any other service agreements can be executed, this protocol requires a formal preliminary disclosure agreement followed by a due diligence evaluation agreement and process, and a formal written analytical report exchanged between all relevant parties.

The process will entail ensuring the chain of ownership and title in the project, company and its products and services, the level of protection of the various involved intellectual property rights in numerous different jurisdictions globally, and the numerous options for the licensing, sale, marketing, and commercialization or other utilization of any products or services involved. This process will result in a formal written analytical report establishing recommendations and determining the feasibility of licensing, joint venturing, or obtaining funding in the current investment banking markets.

Our fees are structured on a case by case basis depending on the stage of development and complexity of the project, and may involve some sort of equity position in the project or company. The amount of fees or equity position would depend on a full evaluation of the project and company, and the complexity of any restructuring needed to attract support or funding from the investment banking community.
